Worst design ever in so many ways!!!!! I've been using a hooked piece of wire for years to clean this thing out! I was told matter of factly to use an alan key and it pops right off. The time I've spent messing with this thing .....ARGH! Thanks for your easy access video!😎👍

Thanks so much for this video. Got the parts from Moen (love their parts forever policy) and have the tools but didn't get the instructions.

Good video. My Moen Banbury model was slightly different with a radical ring and spout kit. Retaining ring and o-ring were identical. Going to have to get a strap wrench. Good idea to not mar the finish on the faucet.

Thanks for the video...your video was the only one that provided enough details to give me the clue what was going wrong with my installation. I had the "white plastic" nut/spacer upside down. This prevented me from turning the water on and off. Thanks for the video and guidance!

I ruined a suit with this fueling problem. It has also rusted out stained the area on the panel.

The plastic ring has a slant on one side. Does that point up or down? When I took the old out, I didn't take notice unfortunately.

What if the leak I have is in the handle that switches on and off the water? I can’t seem to get that to open

The O-ring Num is 120 (3/32" Cross Section & 1 3/16" Outside Diameter)

An important Correction: to get the the handle off 3/32 allen wrench would not work. Correct size of 7/64" allen wrench is required.

Faucet is leaking under the sink by the quick connect. Moen sent me quick connect part which is leaking even more. Will replacing O ring fix the problem?
